R-Way Side Dump Trailers allow for smooth driver or curb side unloading capabilities using the R-Way unique counterbalancing hydraulic valve system. Ensuring the trailer stays on the ground while dumping. Product Specifications:
• Tub: 41-1/2” depth, side edge to bottom, made of ¼” AR400 Steel
• Frame Construction: 21” high fabricated beams made from grade 100xf high strength steel. Two tub locks each side, manually pinned
• Suspension: Haldex ABS System wired to blue wire with Haldex relay valve. Tandem, Tridem & Quad or customized axle versions available with multiple lift axle configurations
• Fenders: Front and rear fenders have steel support with ¼” thick rubber belting or molded fender option
• Upper Fifth Wheel: 2” kingpin, 18” setting
• Push Block: 3/16” grade 80 with ¼” grade 80 push plate
• Electrical: Truck-Lite rubber-mounted LED lighting with USA Brand Modular wire harness
• Hydraulics: Two six-inch hydraulic cylinders, 3,000 psi. Electric operated hydraulic valve for smooth trailer unloading
• Steel Grit Blasted, Epoxy Primed and Painted with High Quality Polyurethane Paint Exterior
